Alfredo Sauce
- 1/2 stick of butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- Freshly ground black pepper
Over medium high heat melt the butter. Add remaining ingredients and whisk together until warm and cheese is melted. Stir into pasta.
For Carbonara- Whisk 2 eggs into cream off the heat then warm slowly while stirring. Add melted butter, stirring in slowly. Add parmesan and bacon.
