Homemade Irish Cream

• 14 oz Irish Whiskey
• 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 4 eggs

• 2 Tbsp chocolate syrup
• 2 tsp instant espresso (or coffee)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract

Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until completely combined. Let the air deflate from the mix for about a half hour then place in glass container. Keep tightly covered in the refrigerator. Will last up to one month.
