Lemon Pie-Lazy Version
- 1 large lemon, cut into pieces
- 1 1/2 cups of sugar
- 1 stick butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 Mrs. Miller's Pie Crust Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place all the filling ingredients including the entire lemon, seeds and all, into a blender (or food processor. Blend thoroughly until everything is liquified. Place inside the pie shell (or tart) and bake for 40 minutes.
